Will I receive 20% off all orders?
Yes! All orders on subscription are 20% off, no matter what you order.
Can I change the products I want to receive each month?
You can change your subscription as much as you like - every month if you want to!
Can I alter the frequency of the orders?
The subscription will automatically set to renew every 30 days, but you can change this to 45, 60 or 90 days to suit your routine! Please note, you can only cancel your subscription after the required minimum of 2 purchases.
Is there a charge to alter my subscription?
There will never be any extra or hidden charges. In fact, we would love for you to make adjustments to your subscription to ensure you always get what you need and want :).
How do I go about making changes to my subscription?
Make sure you set up an account at the checkout! You can also sign up for an account by clicking the member icon at top right of our homepage. From your account you can manage everything to do with your subscription. (P.S. you can always reach out to us if you have any problems!)
Are all products available on subscription?
Yes! All of our products are available for subscription except for our recipe E-Books.
Do I have to pay customs fees on subscription orders?
Orders shipped outside the US (e.g. Canada, Central & South America) may be liable to customs charges. Unfortunately we are not able to predict or prevent this fee, and the subscriber is responsible for all customs fees and rates.
